Shipment & Damage Protection

Every order includes shipment protection at no extra cost. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge — for damage, simply send clear photos of the product and packaging and we will take care of the rest.

Storage on Arrival

Products ship lyophilized and sealed. On arrival, follow the storage guidance on each product page — as a general rule, keep vials sealed, cool, and away from light.
