Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We collect only what’s needed to run the store, ship your order, and keep the site secure. Over the past 12 months, that has included:
- Identifiers — name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and account login credentials. Used to create your account, process orders, and communicate with you about them.
- Commercial and transaction information — products purchased, order history, and purchase amounts. Used for order fulfillment, customer support, and accounting.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment processors (Aspire for card payments, Link Money for ACH bank transfers, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency) at the time of purchase. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Internet and network activity — pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, and approximate location inferred from IP address. Used to keep the site secure, detect fraud and duplicate accounts, understand how it’s used, and improve performance.
- Marketing and advertising identifiers — cookies and similar identifiers set by advertising platforms, collected only after you consent via our cookie banner. Used to measure and, where you’ve allowed it, personalize marketing.
- Correspondence — messages you send us through contact forms, email, or account inquiries. Used to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation.
- Affiliate and partner information — for those enrolled in our Partner program, referral activity and commission data. Used to track referrals and process payouts.
We do not collect more than this, and we do not sell personal information.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we may collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection and website security.
Media
If users upload images or files to the website, uploaded files may be publicly accessible. Please avoid uploading media containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies to keep the store working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Some cookies are essential and can’t be turned off without breaking core functionality; others are optional and only run with your permission.
Essential cookies (always on)
- Login and session cookies
- Shopping cart and checkout functionality
Optional cookies (on only if you accept them)
- Analytics and performance cookies
- Affiliate tracking cookies
- Advertising and retargeting pixels, including Google, Meta, and TikTok
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies. Advertising pixels do not fire until you’ve made a choice, and declining does not affect your ability to browse or purchase. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site, or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings — though disabling essential cookies may affect core site functionality like the shopping cart.
Categories of Information Shared With Third Parties (Past 12 Months)
We share limited personal information with trusted providers necessary to operate the business — never more than the specific provider needs to do its job, and never for money. In the past 12 months, this has included:
- Identifiers, payment information — shared with our payment processors — Aspire (credit and debit card payments), Link Money (ACH bank transfers), and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) — to process transactions securely. Zelle payments are confirmed manually and are not routed through a third-party payment processor.
- Identifiers, commercial information — shared with website hosting and infrastructure providers, to operate and secure the website.
- Identifiers, commercial information — shared with affiliate management services (including AffiliatePress), to track referrals and calculate commissions.
- Internet and network activity, analytics identifiers — shared with analytics and security providers, to monitor site performance and prevent fraud.
- Online identifiers, internet activity — shared with advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok, to measure ad performance and, with your consent, deliver relevant marketing.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you’ve accepted optional cookies through our consent banner.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Customer purchase and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
General inquiries, contact form submissions, and non-transactional communications are retained for up to 6 months, unless a longer period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we’ve collected about you and how it’s been used and shared.
- Access a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we’ve collected, subject to certain legal and financial recordkeeping exceptions (for example, we’re required to retain transaction records for tax purposes).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — as noted above, we don’t sell personal information, and advertising data sharing only occurs with your cookie consent.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and let us know what you’d like (access, correction, or deletion). We may need to verify your identity before processing the request, using information you’ve already provided us, to make sure we’re not disclosing or deleting the wrong person’s data.
Response timeframe
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll notify you before that window closes, explain why, and take up to an additional 45 days to complete the request.
No discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
If you’re submitting a request on behalf of someone else, you may need to provide proof of authorization to act as their agent.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Website data may be processed or stored through third-party providers located within or outside the United States, including payment processors, hosting providers, affiliate management systems, and analytics services. We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, wherever it’s processed.
